What affects the price of second hand furniture?
The main factors are brand, material, age, condition, completeness and resale potential. Photos of damage and details about size and access help us assess the items. There is no fixed price list.
Do you buy a single piece of furniture?
Yes, you can send photos of a single sofa, wardrobe, dining set or other household piece. We will confirm whether we can buy it and arrange collection from your location.
Can I sell furniture and appliances together?
Yes. Include working appliances in your photos and item list so we can discuss them alongside the furniture. Give the brand, model and any known faults for each appliance.
Do you buy old or damaged furniture?
Minor scratches, faded upholstery and small tears can be considered. Stained mattresses, cracked glass tops and dismantled flat-pack board are not accepted. Send clear photos before making collection plans.
Do you buy office furniture?
No. Our buying service is for household furniture and home appliances, rather than office furniture or commercial stock.
Is collection free?
Yes. Pickup is free for items we agree to buy. Confirm the full item list and any access or dismantling requirements when arranging collection.
Can you collect on the same day?
Same-day collection may be available, depending on your location, the collection schedule and building access. Send your preferred date and ask us to confirm a slot.
How will I receive payment?
Payment is made on collection by cash or bank transfer, before the van leaves. Let us know which method you prefer when accepting the offer.
