Questions before you sell
How do you decide what my used furniture is worth?
By brand, age, condition and how easily the piece comes out of the building. Every item is different, so there is no fixed price list. Send photos on WhatsApp and you will have a firm figure within the hour, with no obligation to accept it.
Is pickup really free, or is it deducted from the price?
Free, and nothing is deducted. Transport, labour, dismantling and disposal of anything we cannot resell are all on us. What we agree on WhatsApp is what you are handed.
How fast can you collect?
Same day across most of Dubai if you message before 4pm. Towers with service-lift booking rules sometimes need a next-morning slot, which we arrange with your building reception.
Do you buy used appliances as well as furniture?
Yes. Fridges, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, cookers, microwaves, split AC units and televisions, as long as they are working. We test before loading. Details are on our used appliance buyers in Dubai page.
Do you buy office furniture?
No. We are a household buyer, so desks, workstations and office chairs are outside what we handle. Staying with home furniture and appliances is how we keep our offers competitive.
Will you buy damaged or old furniture?
Usually yes, at a lower price. Scratches, small tears and faded fabric are fine. We will not take stained mattresses, cracked glass tops, dismantled flat-pack board, or appliances that do not switch on.
How do I get paid?
Cash on the spot, or an instant bank transfer if you prefer, completed before the van leaves your parking.
